SZ11-63000/220 power transformer is an 11-type high-efficiency and energy-saving series 220kV on-load voltage regulating product. It adopts a fully sealed fuel tank structure to effectively prevent oil aging and moisture intrusion, prolong maintenance cycle and reduce operating costs.
The core adopts a new type of high magnetic conductivity and low loss silicon steel sheet, adopts multi-stage step lap and full oblique joint process, and the no-load loss is reduced by more than 20% compared with the 10-type product. The winding adopts torn or continuous structure, which has strong short-circuit resistance and reliable insulation performance.
