S13 type three-dimensional coil iron core distribution transformer capacity range 30-2500KVA. The iron core is a three-phase three-column type inner and outer frame winding structure. High degree of mechanization, large lamination coefficient. High and low voltage coils are continuously wound on the iron core column, with good concentricity and tight coils. The main technical and economic indicators have reached the international advanced level of congeneric products.
The S13 series coil iron core distribution transformer has low loss, and the load loss is the same as that of the new S11 stack iron core distribution transformer. Compared with GB/T6415-20081, its no-load loss is reduced by an average of 20%. The main material consumption is less and the weight is light. The no-load current is small, the magnetic flux is completely arranged along the crystal lattice direction of the cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, and the noise is low. Compared with the standard value of JB/T10088-2004, it is reduced by about 3-5dB. The anti-short circuit ability is strong, and the reliability is high. The clamp mainly plays the role of tightening the winding. The iron yoke insulation is integrated with the trapezoidal spacer block, so that the body is uniformly pressurized. Iron core: 30Q120 cold-rolled silicon steel sheet is used. The three-phase column has a rolled structure with the inner and outer frames, and the core column is a multi-step stepped cylindrical section. The pull screw of the upper and lower clamps tightens the body. The surface of the iron core is coated with epoxy resin to ensure that the iron core is not deformed or rusted.
Winding and body: The low-voltage winding is a four-layer (or double-layer) cylindrical type with 1-6 wires wound in parallel, and a paper-wrapped flat copper wire is used. The high-voltage winding is a multi-layer cylindrical type with good impact distribution. It is made of high-strength acetal paint-wrapped round copper wire. The coil is directly wound on a rotating mold composed of a gear plate and a soft paper cylinder stuck on the iron core column. The iron yoke insulation is integrated with the trapezoidal pad, so that the body is evenly pressed. A new type of hanging plate positioning structure is adopted, and the longitudinal and transverse positioning is adopted to ensure that the body is stable and not displaced.
Fuel tank: mainly corrugated fuel tank. Can also be designed as a rectangular radiator fuel tank.
